fastfood foods are filled with preservatives
well, today:
have eaten MaccyD's foods and KFC:P
they say that too much preservatives is bad.
actually everything that is too much is bad:P
so, don't eat foods with preservatives.
don't make it a habit:)

tiring day:|
it was really a tiring day:first, we all woke up very early.then i took a bath.i was like, not feeling well awhile ago,since, i slept around 1:30 in the morning.damn! i can't sleep.maybe someone is thinking about me;;)then we went to trinoma.before entering the mall, we stopped by MacyDonalds to have breakfast.i ordered longganisa, since they still don't have chicken in the morning:and hash browns:Pi'm filled up with carbs:Pthen we went to landmark to shop for groceries for new year.grocery again!i know xDthere is no time that our fridge did not have that much food in it:Pit should always be filled up:Pfor me:)) harhar!then we went shoppingxPthen we went straight ahead to UP.at first, me and my siblings played badminton:)it was tiring.then me and my dad walked around half of UP!it was not that tiring:Pthen we bought KFC for lunch:)then bought fruits for tomorrow:)that's all doodling around my mind:)toodles,
